All programs will typically last about 16 weeks, but the exact length will be determined upon evaluation. Each program includes an in-depth evaluation of your current goals, areas of focus and intended overall outcome. We will work together to build and integrative program that is right for YOU.




Pathway 1 - Metabolic Rehab Pathway

This program is geared towards those who want to lose some excess fat, build muscle and reshape their body. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to be able to eat a little more food and is sick of trying restrictive fad diets that DON'T WORK. What you can expect:

•Personalized macronutrient breakdown

•Workout Plan and Tracker via the Bodies Enlightened app

•Weekly tips

•Weekly check-ins/one-on-one coaching sessions via zoom (or in person if preferred)

•Accountability and encouragement from a qualified nurse and personal trainer

•24/7 access to me for all questions and support that you may need 

• A realistic, enjoyable and sustainable approach to reaching your goals and finding peace of mind.


Pathway 2 - Metabolic Rehab ED

This program is specifically geared towards ladies who have in the past struggled with disordered eating. I.e anorexia nervosa, bulimia, or binge eating. Even if you have never been been professionally diagnosed with an eating disorder, but you have struggled with poor eating habits such as purposefully eating as little as possible to lose weight, purging (throwing up) after eating, starving yourself for long periods of time in hopes to lose weight, binging and consuming large quantities of food to cope with your emotions, and/or compulsively exercising to "burn off" the food you consume, or worry about getting "fat" and feel guilty after eating.

 In this program we work together to change the way that you perceive food and exercise, by slowly reintroducing food into your diet and focusing on rebuilding the slow, disordered metabolism that eating disorders create. 

The program focuses on showing you that it is possible to eat all foods, without getting "fat" or gaining excessive amounts of weight. This program is ideal for ladies who have struggled in the past to overcome their eating disorder, but do truly want to recover and have a happy, healthy relationship with food and exercise, without putting on the excessive amount of body fat that residential treatment centers force you to put on. We will focus on building lean healthy muscle mass rather than excess body fat. 

Please note, this program is not intended for ladies who are currently hospitalized or medically/psychiatricly unstable. This program does require clearance from your medical provider to participate.

• A realistic, enjoyable and sustainable approach to reaching your goals while finding peace of mind

• A safe environment and community to heal and regain control of your life 


Feature Pathway 3- Metabolic Maintence

This program is for those who have completed either pathway 1 or 2 and wish to continue working towards their goals but feel they need continued support and coaching. In this program we will reevaluate your goals and decide which direction you would like to go. If learning to intuitively eat is best for you or if you would just like to continue with mindset or psycho spiritual coaching. This program is a lot more hands off and just provides you the structure and accountability you need to either maintain your results, continue working towards goals or maintain your recovery from an eating disorder.

Workout Guide:

This guide is great for ladies who have their nutrition and eating habits in check and just want a solid workout regimen to follow in the gym. Like the guides in the pathways, this guide focuses on building lean muscle mass by progressive overload. This is a full body guide that gives you all the info tools you need to build a strong, sculpted physique. Please note: this guide is intended for ladies who have their nutrition and diet in check! While these workouts will still make you feel great, you will not receive the results you desire without PROPER NUTRITION. You can not outwork a bad diet. 

AFTERCARE COACHING:

I offer aftercare coaching for those who have ALREADY been treated professionally for eating disorders and are actively participating in outpatient care such as seeing a therapist or dietician regularly. I offer aftercare coaching as an addition to your outpatient treatment. This is not a structured “program” but rather a form of extra support to fill in the gaps that are sometimes missed in traditional treatment programs. Particularly the spiritual aspects of healing the self, re-writing old beliefs and mindset work. I am NOT a licensed therapist so this is not a “traditional” psychological treatment approach by any means. We may use many different healing modalities to work on whatever areas of focus you desire. We focus on introspection and getting to the core or “guts” of the issues at hand.

In specific circumstances, I do offer aftercare coaching as an alternative option to those who have been unsuccessful in traditional forms of therapy or treatment and are looking to try a different approach. If you or a loved one is interested in working with me one-on-one for aftercare or as an alternative to other treatments that have been unsuccessful in the past, please reach out via the “contact us” page so that we can discuss your case in more depth. My mission is to help others as much as I can while “doing no harm” and respecting my scope as a coach, nurse and trainer.
